Step 1: The Wig Cap

Always wear a wig cap. It serves two purposes:

  • Flattens and secures your natural hair

Step 2: Securing the Wig

For hard fronts:

  • Slide the wig on front-to-back

  • 8–12 pins is a normal install

For lace fronts:

  • Trim the excess lace before applying (leave 1/4 inch from the hairline)

  • Press the lace down, hold for 30 seconds
  • Secure with pins at the back and sides
  • Blend the lace edge with concealer that matches your skin tone
